My kind of luxury // Acai bowls
Acai smoothie bowls with fresh fruit are my little everyday luxury – both a treat to the eye and an investment in my health! I always feel so energized after eating one of these and the fruit and their pretty colors makes me happy, haha kinda silly I know! But I really do feel my mood improve just by looking at these pictures. Drastically upping my fruit (and veggie) intake is truly one of the best things I have done for my health and well being.
Acai smoothie bowl:
1.5 cup frozen berries (I used raspberries and blueberries)
3 tablespoons skyr/greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons acai powder (buy it here or here. Affiliate links)
A little stevia or acacia honey to taste
Water to blend
