Smoothie bowl madness
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons skyr/greek yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
A little sweetener – stevia, honey, agave (optional)
Water to blend – I prefer to keep it quite thick
Topped with blueberries, a sliced kiwi, strawberries, chopped pineapple and a sliced peach + I added some chia seeds after the picture was taken.
