Blueberry breakfast parfait
Healthy parfaits are one of my favorite things to make for breakfast since they are not only super filling and full of nutrients, but they also look and taste absolutely amazing! It almost feels like I am having dessert for breakfast – does it get much better than that?! Haha well maybe if I had actual dessert for breakfast ;)
Parfaits might seem like a lot of work, but they are actually really easy to make and they usually do not take much time to prepare either. To make this blueberry breakfast parfait you simply layer blueberry smoothie (blend banana, blueberries, a little pure vanilla powder and almond milk), skyr/greek yoghurt, muesli, mixed berries (I used blueberries and strawberries), banana slices, more blueberry smoothie and some fresh blueberries to top it all off, enjoy!
