I know I say it all the time, but just look at these goodies – not only bursting with nutrients, but so beautiful as well. It honestly makes me happy to look at all these fruits and colors, it is hard to be in a bad mood when you start the day like this! I must admit that I often start my days with plain oatmeal as well though, sometimes I need that extra sleep more than I need rainbows ;)
Raspberry smoothie bowl
Simply blend 1 banana, 1 cup raspberries, 2 tablespoons goji berries, a little acai powder (optional) and almond milk – how much depends on you blender, I only add just enough for it to blend easily.
10 minute granola
This is my go-to granola when I am in a hurry, I simply melt some honey on a pan on medium/high heat and add oats, chopped almonds, chopped hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and stir it well until everything is well mixed and lightly coated in honey. Then I let the granola cool down (I usually pour it onto a piece of baking paper) and mix in chia seeds, ground flax seeds and raisins. Enjoy!
