Loni Jane’s rawnola and nana ice cream

As you might have noticed I am incredibly inspired by the beautiful Loni jane so when she posted the recipe for her rawnola I obviously had to give it a try and let me just say I am glad I did! It is so sweet and chewy and you can even roll it into balls and and coat them with more coconut for some super easy bliss balls and a nice little treat. I seriously cannot wait for her e-book to be released!

Rawnola
I used Loni Jane’s recipe for the rawnola and only made slight adjustments, all you need are 10 medjool dates, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup shredded coconut and I also added a little raw cacao powder. Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is well mixed and have the desired texture – make sure not to pulse for too long or else it won’t be nice and chewy.

Nana ice cream
To make the nana ice cream I simply blended 4 frozen bananas and a splash of almond milk – you can add acacia honey, pure vanilla powder or a date or two for extra sweetness. I topped the nana ice-cream with cinnamon, rawnola, raw coconut chips and dried mulberries. Enjoy!

      No just regular rolled oats, I do not soak them or anything like that :)
