Acai bowl recipe – 2 small servings:
Simply blend 3 bananas, 1.5 cup mixed frozen berries, 4 tablespoons goji berries, 1/2 cup pure apple juice and 2 tablespoons acai powder (buy it here or here. Affiliate links). I topped my acai bowls with honey toasted granola, blueberries, pomegranate and kiwi, enjoy!
