If you follow me on instagram then you have probably noticed my love for infused water – haha what can I say, it is definitely photogenic! I have already written a post about what infused water is, why I love it and its benefits right here, but I have a new favorite combo that I wanted to share with you, so here we go with yet another infused water post ;)

This time I am using a mix of oranges, passion fruit, mint and ginger and I absolutely love the result, it is so fresh and tasty! The ginger is great for the digestion system and nausea relief. Oranges are full of vitamin C and helps alkalize the body. Mint leaves are also great for the digestion system and nausea relief and it can help cure common colds. Passion fruit is high in vitamin A and C, are good for eye health, the digestive system and the immune system and it is a great colon cleanser as well (haha sorry).

Ingredients – 4 glasses:
2 oranges, sliced
2 passion fruits
1-2 thumbs of ginger, sliced into thin strips
2 small handfuls of mint leaves
1 liter regular or sparkling water

Simply add all the ingredients to a pitcher or jars, mash everything a bit to help bring out the flavors and let it chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving, enjoy! Oh and remember that you can refill your pitcher with fresh water throughout the day to make full use of the added fruit and herbs!
