Easy 2 minute (raw) chocolate dipped strawberries

Hello lovelies! I am just stopping by with a quick little recipe for these cute chocolate dipped strawberries – just in time for Valentine’s Day eh? ;) I have been making these quite some times now and they are always super popular, so I though I would share them with you as well. I love how they are all healthy and super easy to make, but they taste absolutely amazing and look all fancy schmancy :D

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2-3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon acacia honey, agave or your sweetener of choice
1/3 teaspoon pure vanilla powder

Strawberries – keep them in the fridge, so the chocolate hardens faster
Chopped nuts – I used toasted almonds and hazlenuts

  1. Simply whisk all the ingredients for the raw chocolate together until it is thick and smooth. Taste the chocolate and adjust the flavor to your liking, you might want to add more sweetener or more cacao.
  2. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing the strawberries on parchment paper.
  3. If you would like to add toppings to your chocolate covered strawberries, then roll the strawberries in your toppings of choice right after dipping them in the chocolate. I used toasted hazelnuts and almonds, but you can pretty much use whatever you’d like – cacao nibs, shredded coconut etc.
  4. Repeat with all the strawberries and place them in the fridge until serving, enjoy!
