I have been so crazy excited to finally be able to share this healthified birthday cake with you lovelies – isn’t it pretty? :D I am so happy with how this cake turned out – it is made from all healthy ingredients, contains no refined sugar or flour and it taste absolutely amazing! I spent so much time making this and trying to get it just right, haha I could definitely tell that I have never tried making a birthday cake before! The recipe is created for the Danish magazine Costume and you can find it over on their website, where I each tuesday share a new recipe :)

The article is in Danish, but you can easily use an online translator (e.g. just copy-paste the recipe into Google Translate) and if you have any problems, then just let me know and I will help you :)

      Thank you so much Jeanette! Kokosfibermel is coconut flour and 1 dl equals about 0.4 cup (us). I hope this helps, please just let me know if you have anymore questions :)

  • Oh sorry I forget to ask if I can use normal flour (?) because I never heard of cocunut flour before and I dont know where I can get it in Germany.

      Yes I think normal flour would work just fine, but then you would probably need a different amount, not sure how much though :/
