Peanut butter nice cream with peanut butter granola

This peanut butter nice cream with peanut butter granola (yes my peanut butter obsession is real) is a new favorite breakfast of mine for those mornings where I want to spoil myself a little extra. Haha and let me just start by saying that I know that it is a quite sad looking nice cream I have here, I wasn’t satisfied with the first photos I took and then by the time I had taken these the nice cream was already quite melted. Maybe I should just call this a peanut butter/banana smoothie bowl instead, but either way, it tasted absolutely amazing and that’s all that matters right? :D

Also, some of you have been asking me about my Q&A, but don’t worry I know I still haven’t posted part 2 yet. I am just so behind with my blogposts after all this craziness, but I am planning on posting it later today or no later than tomorrow. I am sorry about the delay – thank you so much for all the great questions lovelies!

Peanut butter nice cream
3 frozen bananas
1.5 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon maca powder – optional (I use this one – affiliatelink)
1/3 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
Stevia, honey or agave to sweeten – adjust amount to your liking
A splash of almond milk

Simply add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and pulse until smooth, depending on your blender/food processor this might take a while and you might need to scrape down the sides with a spoon a couple of times. Only add very little almond milk to ease the blending, if you add too much you will end up with a runny nice cream. I served mine with peanut butter granola (link to recipe below), chopped dark chocolate and fresh strawberries, so good!!
