Summer salad with berries, quinoa, feta and a raspberry vinaigrette
This colorful summer salad is one of my absolute favorites salads right now, it is so fresh and flavorful and I love how well the sweetness from the berries goes with the tangy and salty feta cheese. I am staying at my parents place for the week for a little mini vacay (I am still working on freelance jobs and the blog, but it’s nice with some new and more peaceful surroundings than in the city) and they have a big garden with a lot of berry bushes, so I am going to make this again, but only with homegrown berries – how lovely is that?! :D Haha I love everything homegrown, but I live in the city with no garden or even a little balcony where I could have a couple of plants, so I really appreciate visiting my parents where there is pretty much nothing but beautiful nature everywhere – fields, forests and beautiful gardens. I may live in the concrete jungle, but I am definitely still a nature child at heart.
