Healthified breakfast waffles with raspberry nice cream

For a long time healthified pancakes have been one of my absolute favorite things to have for breakfast on those mornings where I have a little extra time and energy, but lately they have gotten some serious competition from healthified breakfast waffles! They are so tasty and beyond easy to make since they pretty much just cook themselves in the waffle maker. I often just use my pancake recipes (find them here), but I thought I would give a proper waffle recipe a try as well and I really like how it turned out. They get more crisp than when I use the pancake recipes that (funny enough) get more of a soft pancake texture.
