Colorful root veggie chips
One of my favourite things about fall is that it’s the season for lots of delicious root vegetables, which I absolutely love to create yummy new recipes with – especially if they are homegrown from my parents garden! One of my favourite things to make (besides root mash) are these super colourful and super yummy root veggie chips! They are so easy to make and they taste absolutely amazing – they are so crispy and full of flavour, yum! Haha I have to warn you though, it’s usually the best to make these with a mandolin iron and it was while making these that I managed to slice off the tip of my finger, so be careful loves!!
