Superfood oatmeal with fruity toppings

Ingredients:
2 dl rolled oats (1 dl is about 0,4 US cup)
2 dl water
2 dl milk (I use oat, rice or almond milk)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tsp. maca (I use this one, affiliate link)
Sweetener of choice – I used a little acacia honey
A pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp. skyr/greek yoghurt

Simply add the water, milk and rolled oats to a small pot and bring it to a simmer on medium to low heat. Make sure to stir frequently. Add the chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca, salt and your sweetener of choice, stir well. Let it simmer, but keep stirring until the oats have reach your desired texture and consistency. Stir in the skyr/greek yoghurt, add your toppings of choice (I added blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, orange, freeze dried raspberry and raw coconut chips) and it is ready to be served, enjoy!
