Greena Colada smoothie
It is so crazy cold in Copenhagen right now and they have even warned that the temperatures might drop to a staggering -17 c this weekend!! I am so not ready for this, haha I will not be leaving my apartment the next couple of days! In order to get some vitamins to keep colds and the flu away and to make it feel a bit like summer, I have been making this delicious and tropical tasting Greena Colada smoothie. It is so delicious and bursting with nutrients, a must try!
Ingredients – yields 2 large servings:
1 – 1.5 cup pineapple (depends on how sweet the pineapple is)
1 large frozen banana
200 ml coconut milk
5 large handfuls of spinach
1 teaspoon baobab powder – optional (I used this one – affiliate link)
A little water to blend
Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth – if you want it to be even sweeter and more piña colada’ish, then you can add a little sweetener like pure maple sirup as well, enjoy!
