No-bake chocolate cake with cashew raspberry frosting
Some of you might already have gotten a little glimpse of these beauties last week on my snapchat (mokai_giraf), but now I am finally ready to share the recipe! I made them while I was visiting my parents, so I brought some to my parents’ office and the rest to visit my grandparents – they were a big hit with everyone, so I have been so excited to finally share them with you guys! I absolutely LOVE the fact that while this is a healthified raw version of a chocolate cake, then it was still approved by my grandparents who are in their 70’s and are not really used to this kind of dessert. Healthified versions of cake that are made without flour, butter, refined sugar etc. definitely does not have to be boring!
