Berry peanut butter smoothie bowl
1 cup mixed frozen blueberries and strawberries
1 banana. ripe with brown spots
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
Oat milk to blend
Simply add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth – be careful not to add too much milk, you want the smoothie to be nice and thick. Pour it into a bowl and serve it with your toppings of choice. I topped mine with homemade granola, blackberries and blueberries, enjoy!
