Pancake Day! 7 healthified pancake recipes

As a lot of you have probably noticed if you follow food bloggers on social media is that today is Pancake Day! From what I understand it is actually kind of a big deal in some countries, but I must admit that I didn’t know it was today until everyone started posting about it on social media. Haha I will take any excuse to make pancakes though, so that’s what were having for dinner tonight – yep for dinner ;) I love to make breakfast for dinner every now and then (okay probably a little more often than I’d like to admit) and especially when it’s a big stack of pancakes with aaaaall of the toppings!

Anyways, to celebrate Pancake Day I have put together 7 of my favorite healthified pancake recipes from the blog for you to enjoy. Some of them are quite similar as I definitely have a soft spot for banana pancakes, but there should be something for everyone, enjoy!
