My favorite tropical breakfast parfait
Okay I think I have already shared two versions of this tropical baby before, but it is one of my absolute favorite go-to breakfasts, so I think it can be shared once more! It is so fresh and delicious + super filling and easy to make – it doesn’t get much better than that! ❤︎
To make this you simply mix skyr, greek yoghurt or a vegan alternative like coconut yoghurt with a little pure vanilla powder and a couple drops of liquid stevia. Pour it into a glass or jar and top it with muesli or granola (I used this one and you can find many more recipes right here), banana, pineapple and raw coconut chips. I also added a little bit of freeze-dried raspberry for decoration. Enjoy!
