Peanut butter chia pudding
You guys know how much I love my chia pudding, but I feel like it does get a bit boring sometimes, so I am always trying to mix it up and experiment with new flavor combos. My current favorite is this creamy peanut butter chia pudding topped with crisp apple, almonds and more peanut butter, so yum! ❤︎

Ingredients – 2 servings:
1 deciliter (equals 0.4 cup) oatmilk (or any other kind of milk)
2 deciliter (equals 0.8 cup) skyr or greek yoghurt
3 tablespoons chia seeds – buy it right here (black) and here (white)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla powder – buy it right here!
1 tablespoon pure maple sirup
A couple drops of liquid stevia – buy it right here!
3 tablespoons peanut butter

Simply mix all the ingredients and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand and soak up the milk. When the chia seeds have soaked up the milk and the mixture has a pudding like consistency then it is ready to be served. Simply add your toppings of choice and it is ready to go! I topped mine with chopped crisp apple, almonds and peanut butter, so good!
