Green bliss breakfast parfait
Haha first off, please excuse my chipped nail polish, I need to get shellack or gel on them. Regular nail polish only last a day on me, the struggle of being a foodblogger ;)

I made this super cute parfait for breakfast this morning and while it is quite simple I thought I would share it with you guys anyway. To make it I simply used my ‘Green bliss peanut butter smoothie’ recipe that you can find right here. The amount in the recipe is enough for 2 parfaits. I added thinly sliced kiwi berries to the jar (simply press it against the glass) before carefully pouring the smoothie in there. Then I topped the smoothie with vanilla chia pudding – you can find a recipe here, this amount makes enough for several parfaits. I like to always make a big batch of chia pudding and keep in the fridge, I use it for parfaits, smoothies and eat it on its own with lots of toppings. I topped off the parfait with a bit of peanut butter, blueberries and more kiwi berries, so yum! Enjoy ❤︎
