Skinny pumpkin pie dessert smoothie
Ingredients – 2 servings:
1 frozen banana
1 deciliter (equals 0.4 cup) pumpkin puree – find my recipe right here!
3 dates, pitted
1/2 – 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice – find my recipe for homemade pumpkin mix right here!
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 deciliter vanilla yoghurt*
2 deciliter oat milk (or whatever kind of milk you prefer)
*I usually mix my own by using a plain yoghurt, skyr or greek yoghurt that I with pure vanilla powder, a couple drops of liquid stevia and a drizzle of honey. It contains much less sugar than the store-bought ones.
Simply add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth – adjust the spices to your liking. Serve right away and add ice if needed, enjoy!
