Some of you might remember that I already did this challenge two years ago, but I just stumbled upon it again and I think I would really benefit from redoing it.
I honestly couldn’t have rediscovered this 30-day challenge at a better time, I am in serious need of adding a bit of minimalism to my life and reducing stress factors. I feel like I am all over the place these days and I am finding it so hard to focus and getting sh*t done! My apartment is a bit of a mess, which stresses me out. I am always multi-tasking and working on so many things at once (which often results in not really getting much done), while I am of course also checking all my social media and it really needs to stop!
I feel like this 30-day challenge will be the perfect way for me to start getting my priorities and goals in order and let go of all unnecessary clutter and bad habits.
