Pink chocolate and berry flavored bliss balls
Evening babes! Tonight I am finally ready to share the English recipe for these cute and beyond delicious chocolate and berry flavored bliss balls! I posted the recipe in Danish two years ago and it has been one of my personal favorites ever since, so I think that it is about time that I got around to translating it.
As you have probably noticed by now, Bliss balls are one of my favorite healthy treats – they are delicious, easy to make and super versatile. I love to experiment with new flavor combos and this one is definitely a favorite of mine!
Pink – check! Healthy – check! Easy to make – check! Yummy – double check!! It doesn’t get much better than that! ♥

10 pitted dates
1 deciliter (equals 0.4 cup) mixed dried berries*
1/2 deciliter (equals 0.2 cup) almonds
2 tablespoons cacaopowder
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
1 tablespoons coconut oil
Freeze-dried berries (I used raspberry)
*I used a mix of blueberries, cranberries, mulberries and gojiberries
Start by adding the almonds to a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped. Then add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until you have a sticky cohesive bliss ball mixture.
Roll the mixture into 15 little bliss balls and if you’d like you can coat them in a mixture of blended dried raspberry and coconut like I did or keep it simple and roll them in cacao powder. Store them in the fridge or freezer until serving, enjoy!
