Gingerbread bliss balls // A healthy and super easy Christmas treat – just 4 ingredients!

If you are pressed for time, but still want to make some super delicious Christmas treats, then you should give these gingerbread bliss balls a try. They might not be the prettiest treat out there, but they taste unbelievably good and they take absolutely no time to make – you just add the 4 ingredients to a foodprocessor, pulse, roll the dough into small balls and you’re done! Easy, peasy! ♥

Ingredients:
1 1/2 deciliter (equals about 0.6 cup) almonds
1 deciliter (about 0.4 cup) rolled oats
2 deciliter (about 0.8 cup) pitted dates
2 tablespoons gingerbread spice mix – recipe here

Directions:

Simply add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well mixed and stick together. Roll the mixture into 12 little bliss balls and coat them in your toppings of choice. They are ready to be served right away, but I prefer to allow them to set in the fridge for an hour or two before serving. Enjoy ♥
