Getting back on track with my healthy eating and exercise is going very well though, cookies aside. I actually enjoy being back at the gym and it haven’t been too hard eating healthy (very very healthy actually) either! My plan is to eat as healthy as possible most of the time, but when I go out with friends or familiy, then I just eat whatever I feel like and I can of course indulge once in a while at home as well – like today where I am eating cookies ♥ Balance is key!
