Recipes I want to try // Healthy January pt. 1
Before I start talking about food I just want to take a moment to thank you for your kind messages about yesterday’s very personal post. I was so nervous to post it and unsure whether I should share something like that, but receiving so many kind messages of support and messages from people sharing the same experiences have convinced me that I made the right choice. THANK YOU ♥ I will share more about the whole thing at some point, it was a bit overwhelming to just share what I did yesterday, but I feel like a weight have been lifted and I write more when I am ready.

From one resolution to another, this one a little less serious ;) Just like everyone else I have also made my typical resolution that I want to eat healthier again – I always go a bit overboard with food, treats and cocktails in December, so I like to re-set my system and get back into my usually quite healthy eating habits by the time we hit January.
I know I am far from alone in this, so I have collected a bunch of healthy and beyond delicious looking recipes that I want to try and I of course had to share them with you guys as well. It is mainly focused on dinner recipes as it is what I personally struggle with the most (I repeat the same meals way too often), but I also made room for a green smoothie (hah, it’s pretty much the symbol of January right?!) and some beyond delicious looking healthified brownies – because we wouldn’t want to get too healthy right? ;)
