Strawberry-vanilla shake smoothie bowl & creamy matcha latte
Good evening lovelies, the weekend is almost here and I am SO ready for it! ♥
I have spent all day doing taxes for both A Million Miles and my other company by Silah and it has got to be one of the worst parts of being a business owner. I should be all done by tomorrow afternoon though and then I am so ready for the weekend, which will be kicked off with a Nicki Minaj concert (Future was supposed to co-headline, but this should be fun as well), a night of partying (I need a night out so bad!) and then a Saturday on the couch watching Netflix and eating aaaaall of the pizza followed by a Sunday getting the garden ready for spring – I am so here for it!

And talking about the weekend, what I came here to share with you guys are the recipe for my strawberry-vanilla shake smoothie bowl aka. my weekend bowl. During the week I usually stick to smoothies loaded with greens and superfoods, but on the weekends I like to treat myself with a sweeter version that seriously tastes just like strawberry milkshake, I am obsessed!
If you use frozen bananas, then you get a really thick and creamy shake that is full of sweetness, it is almost like having dessert for breakfast!
2 bananas, fresh or frozen
150 grams frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
2 deciliter (about 0.8 cup) plantmilk
1 medjool date, pitted
Simply add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add your toppings of choice and serve right away, enjoy! ♥
