Healthified banana muffins with peanut butter and raspberries

Are you lovelies ready for some delicious healthified baked goods? Haha I know you are! And what better day to give these babies a try than on a cosy Sunday afternoon, then you will have a little something on hand tomorrow to cure those Monday blues ;) These yummy banana muffins with peanut butter and raspberries are my newest dessert addiction and if you think they look a little familiar, then it is because they are based on my recipe for healthified banana bread muffins! I love experimenting with new flavor combos for my old recipes and this one is just too good! The muffins are so delicious, super moist (ugh, hate that word!) and healthier than regular muffins, meaning that they are a healthified version made without...

Healthified carrot buns with chia seeds and hemp seeds

As I have shared a couple of times before (e.g. right here and here), I absolutely LOVE bread, but I also try to eat it in moderation (I know, so boring!) or try to make healthified versions, which sadly often doesn’t turn out too great, but these carrot buns are definitely the exception! I absolutely love how these turned out, they’re just so delicious even though they do not contain any wheat flour, butter etc. and they’re super filling as well + full of goodies like carrots, oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds! I really like it when carrot buns are slightly sweet though, so I have considered adding a little bit of honey the next time I make them – I will give you an...

Easy peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

I found this amazing recipe for peanut butter chocolate chip cookies over on the blog NeoHippie (check out her blog if you do not know it already, it is amazing!) and I just knew that I would have to give them a try! I used this recipe, but made a few tiny alterations since I didn’t have all the ingredients and since I prefer to use buckwheat flour instead of regular flour – I didn’t have enough though, so I used half and half. I will try to make them only with buckwheat flour the next time and if it works out well I’ll update the recipe. These cookies are just so unbelievably easy to make, so yummy and and still healthier...

Healthified banana bread with dark chocolate

This delicious banana bread is so moist, full of sweetness and rich in flavour that it’s hard to believe that it’s actually a healthified version made with ingredients that are nutrient rich and good for you! And if that isn’t a good enough reason for you to get up at give this baby a try right now, then I can tell you that it is also incredibly easy to make and you probably already have all the ingredients (or some that you can easily sub them with) in your kitchen, so what are you waiting for – let’s get cooking! ;) You can find the recipe over on the Danish fashion magazine Costume’s website, where I each tuesday share a new...

The best gingerbread christmas cookies

Sponsored. This post is created in collaboration with Dansukker. So I have a little confession to make, while gingerbread cookies is most definitely a traditional christmas treat here in Denmark and while our family enjoys them every year, then I have actually never baked them myself before. I mean I have often “baked” them, but never from scratch. Haha yep we (as in my family, but especially my little sister and I) have actually always just used those store-bought frozen gingerbread doughs that you just have to roll out, cut and bake (and then decorate of course, that was always my sister and I´s favourite part) kinda awful for a foodblogger right?! ;) My parents have never been too fond of baking and I didn’t used to...
