Hello lovelies, I am so behind on editing pictures and writing up recipes, but I promise I will get through all of them soon so I can share more of the goodies I made while staying with my parents. Until then here is a little breakfast inspiration for you – this tropical parfait is so easy to make and taste absolutely amazing! It reminds me of beaches and palm trees, haha and since I won’t be seeing either of those anytime...

Messy raspberry parfait

Messy parfaits are one of my favorite things to have for breakfast, they’re so easy to make, super filling and even though this one almost tasted like dessert it’s actually all healthy. Ingredients: Raspberry smoothie: 1 cup frozen raspberries, 2 very ripe bananas, pure vanilla powder and a little water to blend. Tropical breakfast parfait

A little inspiration for an easy, healthy and tasty breakfast. All you need is some plain skyr (you can use quark, greek yoghurt etc. instead) topped with a little honey, muesli, banana, pineapple and raw coconut chips – so simple, so good!
