Berry blast smoothie bowl with hidden greens

Ingredients: 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 handful blueberries 1 tablespoon acai powder – buy it right here and here! (affiliate links) 1 handful spinach 1/2 – 1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder – optional 1 banana Almond milk to blend Simply add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth. Strawberry bliss smoothie bowl

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped strawberries 1 large frozen banana 2/3 teaspoon pure vanilla powder 2-3 dates Oat milk to blend Simply add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth. Rainbow bowl – raspberry peach bliss smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 ripe peach 1 banana 1-2 dates, pitted 1 teaspoon baoab – optional Oat milk to blend Simply add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth (make sure to only add just enough oat milk for it to blend smoothly, the smoothie should be nice and thick), pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings of choice. Raspberry, strawberry and chia smoothie bowl

Ingredients: 1 cup mixed frozen raspberries and strawberries 1 banana, ripe with brown dots 2 tablespoons chia pudding  1 teaspoon maca – optional 2 dates, pitted A splash of oat milk Simply add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth, pour into a bowl, add your toppings of choice and serve right away.
