The `Shrek´ energizing breakfast shake

Ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1 teaspoon matcha (I use this one) 2 dates, pitted 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1/2 – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla powder Almond milk – adjust amounts to your liking A small handful fresh mint leaves – optional Simply add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth. Beet cacao dessert smoothie with hidden greens

This pink beet/cacao smoothie is definitely one of the more special flavour combos I have shared with you guys, but it works surprisingly well and I love how you can add beet and spinach to an otherwise sweet (and super delicious) dessert smoothie to up your veggie intake for the day.
