Hello lovelies, are you ready for this big jar of guilt-free deliciousness?! :D I am a bit excited to share the recipe for this super easy and beyond delicious banana/peanut butter shake with you. It is one of my favorite go-to’s when I want to satisfy my sweet tooth, but still keep it healthy. I love how it takes absolutely no time to whip up and that it is only made with nourishing ingredients that are actually good for you, but yet it is still taste so yummy and indulgent!

Ingredients – yields 2 servings:
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla powder
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 dates, pitted

I served it with extra peanut butter, banana slices and cacao nibs.

Directions:
Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into two glasses (or one huge jar like me), add toppings if you’d like and serve right away – enjoy!

Beet cacao dessert smoothie with hidden greens

This pink beet/cacao smoothie is definitely one of the more special flavour combos I have shared with you guys, but it works surprisingly well and I love how you can add beet and spinach to an otherwise sweet (and super delicious) dessert smoothie to up your veggie intake for the day. The flavors from the beet and raspberry goes so well together and the added raw cacao powder and almond butter gives the smoothie a beyond delicious, creamy and indulgent dessert flavor, so good!

Greena Colada smoothie

It is so crazy cold in Copenhagen right now and they have even warned that the temperatures might drop to a staggering -17 c this weekend!! I am so not ready for this, haha I will not be leaving my apartment the next couple of days! In order to get some vitamins to keep colds and the flu away and to make it feel a bit like summer, I have been making this delicious and tropical tasting Greena Colada smoothie. It is so delicious and bursting with nutrients, a must try!

Ingredients – yields 2 large servings:
1 – 1.5 cup pineapple (depends on how sweet the pineapple is)
1 large frozen banana
200 ml coconut milk
5 large handfuls of spinach
1 teaspoon baobab powder – optional (I used this one – affiliate link)
A little water to blend

Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth – if you want it to be even sweeter and more piña colada’ish, then you can add a little sweetener like pure maple sirup as well, enjoy!

So uhm these caramel dessert smoothies are pretty much the best thing EVER! Haha I don’t know how else to start this post, because that is pretty much all you need to know – just go make them right now ;) I mean these dessert smoothies are just so sweet and delicious with an indulgent caramel flavor that they will satisfy even the strongest of dessert cravings! They might not look like much, but I am telling you – go give them a try! :D
